Privacy Policy

As part of its activity and for the purposes of providing the Services, SAS Contrôle Technique L’Islois is required to collect and process the personal data of its users (hereinafter the “Users”). This privacy policy, set up by SAS Contrôle Technique L’Islois, is intended to provide Users with synthetic and global information on the processing of personal data carried out by the SAS Contrôle Technique L’Islois. Data collected

SAS Contrôle Technique L’Islois collects Users’ data in order to provide them with the services for which they have subscribed to the platform. The mandatory or optional nature of the data entered is indicated at the time of collection by an asterisk. In addition, some data is collected automatically as a result of the User’s actions on the site (see the paragraph on cookies).

Purposes

The termination of contractual relations is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User or the non-use of the services of SAS Contrôle Technique L’Islois for a period of five years.

Users’ rights

In accordance with the regulations, the User has the right to access and rectify the data concerning him, which allow him to rectify, complete, update or delete data that are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited. The User also has the rights to request the limitation of processing, and to oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of his personal data. The User may also communicate instructions on the fate of his personal data in the event of death. The User will be able to access detailed information on the use of his personal data, in particular concerning the purposes of the processing, the legal bases for processing the data, their retention periods, their recipients and, where applicable, the transfers thereof to a country that is not a member of the European Union as well as the guarantees implemented.
